We will begin with a guided meditation followed by a discussion about our chakras and energy. Understanding our chakras can provide us with an insight to our energy levels and physical ailments. Resources materials will be provided.

We will also have some discussion around our amazing yoga blends – Anchor, Align and Arise which are great for energy flow whether during yoga or meditation. Understanding the benefits of yoga and how to incorporate essential oils to improve your focus and posture and more provides a great preventative and holistic approach to your health and happiness.
